Join us for an evening of reflection, connection, and restful practice to lift us through the early winter season. We will explore the science of belonging through meditation, movement, journaling, and community connection.
Belonging to ourselves, our communities and the environment offers us a greater sense of well-being, resilience and joy, especially amidst challenging times. We’ll share care practices, gentle guidance, and a grounding Ayurvedic tea.
